Highline Storage Partners (HSP) is a values-focused investor, developer, and property management company dedicated to developing and repositioning distinctive self-storage assets. HSP is a fast-growing, innovative, and dynamic self-storage company operating under the trade name USA Storage Centers throughout the Southeastern United States. We are affiliated with the McWane family's real estate company (Highline Real Estate Partners). McWane Inc is fourth-generation family run organization, and one of the largest privately held companies in the U.S. with more than 25 manufacturing facilities and over 6,000 employees around the globe. While we may be a young growing company, we have the benefit of scale from our partnership with McWane.
